        Application Consultant 

Nexus Solutions is looking for chemical engineers to work with expert systems in a dynamic, fast growing business. We are looking for highly motivated people that are looking to work with cutting-edge technology in the process industries. 

The ideal candidate will be experienced with various DCS systems and exhibit strong principals of process operations. You will have experience with implementing process solutions such as supervisory or multivariable control. Experience with OPC and/or Knowledge Systems would be beneficial.

We are looking for both team members and leaders who thrive in a Project-driven, team-orientated environment. A good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as Office products would be beneficial

Requirements

•      Masters in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience, or Bachelors with a minimum of 4 years experience

•         Excellent comprehension of Chemical Engineering fundamentals

•         Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiating skills and the ability to balance varying project needs and priorities

•         Strong computer skills in both applications and operating systems

•         Team leaders should demonstrate strong technical leaderships skills, together with experience in traditional Project Management tools and techniques
